Grown in the highlands of Yirgacheffe, this Grade 1 micro-lot from the Koke washing station is a standout example of Ethiopia’s finest. Using the honey process, this coffee balances the brightness of a washed coffee with the sweetness and complexity of a natural.

In the cup, expect bright floral notes, layered with bergamot, peach, and honey-like sweetness. The body is silky with a tea-like clarity, making it perfect for pour-over or filter brewing.

The honey processing method, where the mucilage is left on the bean during drying, enhances its natural sugars without overpowering its clean and elegant profile. It’s a coffee that celebrates the terroir of Yirgacheffe with a modern twist.
