Shipping Policy
At 23.5 Coffee Roastery, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality coffee and goods to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle and process orders.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.
- For coffee beans, we roast in small batches to ensure freshness, so please allow an extra day for roasting if needed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship orders using reliable courier services across Malaysia.
Estimated delivery times:
- West Malaysia: 2–4 working days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days
* Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays by courier companies.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Free shipping is available for orders over RM100 for West Malaysia, & RM150 for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
Store Pickup (Free)
Prefer to pick up your order in person? No problem.
- Pick up at our store is available at checkout.
- Orders are typically ready for collection within 2–4 working days.
- You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can monitor the delivery status.
International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within Malaysia. For international orders, please contact us directly to check availability.
