At 23.5 Coffee Roastery, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Returns and Refund Eligibility
If your purchase was damaged during shipment or the wrong item was received, you could send it back to us.

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date you received your products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Item bought during promotional events (e.g. Mid Year Sales) is not accepted for return and exchange.

Late delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances (i.e Natural disaster, COVID outbreak) or peak season is not accepted for return and exchange.

Certain items are non-refundable (e.g., perishable goods, gift cards, or custom-made items).
Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at 23.5coffeeroastery@gmail.com with your order number & reason for return.

To make the process smoothly & faster, email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) to describe the matter & condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

The customer would have to bear the postage fee to shipped back during the return process.
