☕ Janet Lai – Founder
Driven by a deep appreciation for specialty coffee & culinary, she dreams to create a community around it. Janet founded Tipsy Brew O'Coffee in 2011, and followed by 23.5 Coffee Roastery in 2021. Her vision shapes everything we do—from sourcing ethically to creating a space where people connect over great coffee, foods & atmosphere.
🔥 Ryan Goh – Lead Barista, Roaster & Quality + Training Coordinator
Ryan started his coffee journey in 2012. Since then, he wears many hats—and wears them well. He oversees our roasting, leads our coffee quality standards, and trains both our team and customers in the craft of brewing. With a background in both barista work and sensory training, Ryan ensures every bean is treated with precision and care.
☕ Shum & Sung – Barista
Friendly, fast, and full of coffee knowledge, Shum & Sung brings warmth and personality to the bar. They are all about consistency, precision, and service. Either is pulling the perfect shot or dialing in the brew bar, their calm and focused energy ensures every cup is served just right.
🧁 May & Dim – Pastries Baker
May is the pâtissière behind our fresh pastries, while Dim working closely with May. From our popular "Old English Scones" to our buttery croissants, they bake everything in-house to perfection & complement our coffee.
🍽️ Martin & Jar – Waiter
Martin & Jar bring warmth and efficiency to the front of house. Friendly and attentive, they ensures that orders are accurate, tables are clean, and guests are happy.
